I’m Lara and I run LK Laser and Beauty which is located in Helston Aesthetics, South West Cornwall. I’m a fully qualified and insured laser technician and beauty therapist. I strive to offer professional yet friendly treatments that actually work and leave you feeling amazing!
I completed my initial beauty training in 2010 and since then have gained experience, knowledge and confidence working in all areas of the industry, including luxury spas, onboard cruise ships and in beauty salons - treating hundreds of clients from all walks of life along the way! Most recently, I've gone on to further my knowledge and qualify as a VCTC Level 4 laser technician so that I could bring the most advanced laser hair removal treatments on the market to Helston.
The Royal Navy brought me and my husband down to Cornwall in 2015 and I went on to open 'The Beauty Loft' in 2017. Since then, I have worked hard to create an award winning business which I’ve recently relaunched as LK Laser & Beauty since returning from maternity leave. At home, I’m a mum to my beautiful son Jackson and dog mum to my mischievous beagle Poppy.

Please understand that I work on my own and this is my livelihood. Appointment times are limited and I usually have a number of clients who would love the opportunity to fill your appointment if you can't make it. If you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment value.

If a deposit has been paid, this will be used as the cancellation fee. If you haven't a payment link will be emailed to you shortly after the missed appointment and no other appointments will be booked until the fee is paid. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency this fee may be waived at my discretion.
